Purpose
Indian River United (IRU) established the Development league to foster the development of our youth soccer players in effort to better prepare them for the more competitive Travel Soccer.
Format
The program is designed as a Micro Soccer Program. Each team has a small number of players and play on a reduced size field. The idea is that less players on the field in a small space the more opportunity for the player to touch the ball and have success. The more fun and successful players are at the youth level the better chance they will continue to grow with the sport. These are 1 hour session, 30 Minutes of training, 30 minutes of play.

Logistics
- Ten Sessions
- Every Tuesday and Thursday from June 1 to July 1
- Located at the Indian River High School campus and Philadelphia Recreation Park (depending on age group)
- $25 per player ($55 max per family)
